A small app for a brief moment.

The Waves is a 90-second craving timer for iOS. When a craving hits, you open the app and touch to begin. Guided body-scan prompts, ocean sounds, and a singing bowl anchor you through ninety seconds of awareness.

It runs on SwiftUI with a Metal shader ocean background, Core Haptics, and dual ambient soundscapes. Sessions are stored locally with SwiftData — nothing leaves your device.
